Course Desc riptions
According to the educational goals of the department of child care and education (DCCE), all the courses have been designed on the basis of the core curricula of early child care and education, and two curriculum clusters have been developed to form the main frame work of the curricula. These clusters are infant care practice and early childhood special education. The first- and second-year education is focused on the core curricula of early child education and care, and the third- and fourth-year education is focused on the elective courses of the two clusters and practical training-oriented courses such as practicum in early child care and education.
The curricula of each clusters consists of compulsory courses and electives. The undergraduate program of DCCE requires the completion of a minimum of 128 credit hours of graduate.
